In Stock Items:
For in stock item returns please email ebela.designs@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line to initiate a return.
Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced in stock items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale items, and custom orders are final and cannot be refunded. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages if shipping method purchased does not include tracking. Be sure to look over your shipping address before proceeding, especially if you are using paypal as we can not change your shipping address or send it to a different location. Entering the correct shipping address is the responsibility of you the purchaser.
Refunds:
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will then be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items lost or stolen through the postal service may only be refunded/exchanged if the registered mail option (tracked) was purchased upon checkout. Please be patient with our postal and courier services, as shipping times have fluctuated greatly across the world. Check your tracking frequently and contact them if you suspect a lost or stolen package. Most packages have to be on a stand still or in route for a couple weeks before a ticket can be opened.
Refunds take time, please allow 3-5 business days for your transaction to appear. If you haven’t seen it yet, first check your issuing bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at ebela.designs@gmail.com. Exchanges can not be made for custom items.
Shipping:
To return your product, please email us at ebela.designs@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Made To Order ‘MTO’ and Pre Order Items:
MTO and Pre Order Items are subject to a no Return, no Exchange Policy
However if there was a mistake made on our behalf we will gladly help fix it. Please contact us within 30 days.
MTO items are measurement and custom fabric based. This means no two items are alike. This also means that you as the purchaser need to be sure to order the correct size item based off of measurements, NOT based off of what you or the person you are ordering for “usually wears”.
Our patterns are fairly unique and some size charts are not the same. So please be sure to measure the person you are buying for and select the size based off their measurements, as these MTO items are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. Contact us if you have any questions regarding how to measure or sizing
Pre order items are much similar to MTO items. Only Pre Order items are done in such a way that we will have a order open for a specific item, or fabric and for a specific timeframe. This order will then be ordered from our distributors, manufactures or warehouses and be shipped to us, to which we then package it up and ship it to you. These items are LIMITED, and are only ordered for you, with the minimal selection of In stock items/material for in-house or retail use at a later date. As such Pre Order Items are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE, and will have a much longer timeframe to get to you.
WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
While the policy says I do not accept returns or exchanges, I do stand behind the quality of my creations. If your bag has a construction failure with 30 days of receipt, I will correct, fix, or replace your bag for free (client is responsible for shipping to me, I will cover shipping of repaired or replacement item to client). Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unraveling, and popping rivets. Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker. If you encounter a construction failure more than 30 days after receipt or through normal usage, please contact me to see if it still might be reparable for a small fee. The sooner you contact me, the more likely it is that I have that fabric available for a repair.
My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come.
For our international Customers:
International Orders may be subject to duties and taxes once delivered to their destination. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of you the purchaser. Items will not be refunded if you refuse delivery and if we receive the items sent back to us, you may be charged a re-stocking fee. Please be aware of your states or provinces laws for importing, taxes and duties, prior to ordering. We hope that one day we will be able to include these duties and tax charges, if applicable, in your order checkout.
