SHIPPING POLICY 

We currently are only shipping in Canada and the USA at this time. Please check back to see when we open to more Countries.

All items are shipped by Canada Post from Cupar, Saskatchewan, Canada. International Orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon collection of your parcel/order. We do not know how much you may be charged for this upon their arrival. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to pay for these duties and taxes upon their arrival. 

Items that are ready to ship ‘RTS’ will typically dispatch within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Items that are Made To Order ‘MTO’ or Pre Order items will take longer to dispatch. MTO items typically ship out in 14-30 days. Pre Order items typically ship out within 4-8 wks.

Shipping prices are based on weight of item(s) and will be calculated at checkout. Duties and Taxes may be extra and might be charged upon arrival to the destination. 

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM OUR TEAM

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and our headquarters. We are committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait, please be patient along with us. 

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

Our Studio is located in Rural Saskatchewan, CANADA in a pet and smoke free studio. 

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All EBELA Designs garments are machine washable (woohoo!).  Wash inside out if able in cold water with similar colours. We recommend using phosphate-free detergent to help prevent fading over time. Tumble dry low heat. To minimize shrinkage, hang or lay flat to dry. For apparel leggings, slightly tug on each leg while damp before hanging to dry. Iron inside out if necessary and able to with low heat (NO STEAM) should you desire. DO not iron over or near any embellishments such as snaps or vinyl appliques.

From time to time we may bring in other items, toys or accessories. Please take caution with their care instruction labels. To clean wooden toys and clips, simply wipe down with clean water when needed. As with all wooden products they are naturally anti-bacterial, so soaps are not usually necessary. Please do not expose to chemicals, excess heat or freeze. To cool. Place in shallow bowl of water in the fridge.
